According to the IAAF and AIMS rules, all runners must leave the course if any of the race official asks them to do so. If the race is cancelled due to the unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, the entry fee will not be reimbursed. The transfer of the registration to another runner is possible, but not on the race day.
